Weight Loss For Women Recipes

We are what we eat. Old saying, but truthfull nevertheless. Your menu often determines your length of life, your looks and how healthy you are. In case you want to lose some extra pounds, you’re probably going to change your dietary requirements a lot. Here’s a couple of weight loss for women recipes for you:

Chinese-style asparagus (6 servings)
Required ingredients: 1/2 cup of water, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1.5 pounds fresh asparagus, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
Meal prep procedure: Heat the water, sugar and soy sauce in a large saucepan. Cook until boiling and add the asparagus. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the asparagus is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

Rainbow Pizza (6 servings)
Required ingerdients: 3 English muffins, 1/2 cup of pasta sauce, Pizza topings (grated carrots, chopped broccoli, chopped red pepper,…), 1/2 grated mozzarella cheese.
Meal prep procedure: Cut the muffins in half, spread the sauce over them and arrange your toppings. Add one tablespoon of of cheese on each pizza and bake them at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes (until the cheese is melted).

Chicken Caesar pitas
Required ingredients:5 ounces chunky white meat chicken, 3/4 cup of chopped romaine lettuce, 1 chopped tomato, 1/4 cup fresh Parmasan cheese, 1 whole-weat pita bread, 1/3 cup of Caesar dressing.
Meal prep procedure: Add everything but the bread in a small bowl, toss to mix evenly and then cover and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Put in the bread and serve immediately.

Cheesecake
Required ingredients: 1/4 cup water, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 cup skim milk, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese.
Meal prep procedure: Put gelatin, lemon juice and water in a blender container. Process 1 to 2 minutes on a low speed. Add hot milk and process until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender container and process on high speed until it’s smooth. Pour into round flash dish and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
