- it’s not as hard as it seems- long-term approach gives the best results- straight-forward combination like watching what you eat and running can stil bring good results- most of the times, fast weight loss causes “Yo-Yo” effect

Apart from the complete lack of honor and blatant arrogance, they know that they’re products can’t fool common sense. There are things in life which simply can’t be achieved as fast as we’d like.
You can’t become an engineer over night, you probably won’t make $1 millon in two days out of thin air, you won’t read the whole Bible in 2 hours and you can’t lose weight quickly AND healthy.

Long-term, determined and best of all medically approved approach will give the best results. If you’re looking for a shortcut, stop, there is none safe here. Either you want to commit to your fat loss or not, there’s nothing between.
